Email collect Update

If you are using our ‘email collect’ service to gather signups for your newsletter(s), we got news for you.

If you are not using it – You should get started. With ‘email collect’ you get an extremely efficient lead generation for your website. With email collect, an additional question is added at the end of the survey, where people are asked receiving your newsletter.

But back to the news regarding the update…

We have made it easier for you to access the new signups. Go to the ‘email collect’ report, select the export drop-down (see picture below) and you are ready to go.

That’s it – within seconds you will have a nice formatted xls or csv file with all your new signups.

We have added two new languages to the Userreport service during the holiday, as well as added additional language features to existing languages,

The two new languages are:

Brazil (Portuguese)
Portugal (Portuguese)

We would like to thank Rodrigo and José for helping us with the translations

We have also implemented another request. The baltic countries have the option of creating russian surveys as well as a supplement to the native languages. The 3 new additions are:

Estonia-Russian
Latvia-Russian
Lithuania-Russian

If you want to help us add additional languages, please visit our Userreport language list. Go to the bottom of the page and open the Google Doc containing our translation-spreadsheet. Feel free to add any new languages you would like us to support.

New pdf exports

We are happy to announce that it now is possible to export a beautiful pdf export containing all your results into one pdf-file.

We have created a full report that is fully customized with your logo and colors and contains all relevant slides with satisfaction scores, demographic profiles, feedback summaries etc.

It is perfectly suited to be shared with your colleagues or your maybe your boss? (he will hardly notice you haven’t made the report yourself).

How to get started?

Go to your dashboard, open the ‘export’ menu and select the ‘export report’ link. Now you just need to decide if you want a ‘regular’ report describing the results from a specific period of time? Or if you want a comparison report, that compares the results from two different time-periods.

Four new languages have been added..

We are happy to announce that we have added four more survey-languages to the Userreport service.

The 4 new languages are:

- Bengali (Bangladesh)
- Tagalog (Philippines)
- Thai (Thailand)
- Malay (Malaysia)

We expect to be able to announce another two new languages within a week, so stay tuned

It’s now easy to see where men click compared to women or where young people click compared to older ones. And it is still free!

Share your reports

You can now share results and delegate viewing or administrative rights to other people.

You can let colleagues and friends see results from the usability study, the feedback forum and click tracking reports.

This is how you do it:

1. Log into your account http://admin.userreport.com/?culture=en-GB

2. Click ‘Share’ on the header

3. Click ‘Add user’ button

4. Write name and email adresse

5. Choose ‘Administrator’ or ‘Viewer’

6. Click ‘Add user’

An ‘Administrator’ has all the rights you have. The person can customize colors, add sites and questions, delete sites, share and so on. So make sure they know what they are doing

A ‘Viewer’ can not change anything – but can see all reports an results.

New language: Turkish

We have launched the UserReport service (survey and feedback forum) in Turkish. That is another 83 million people that are able to use our service.

We are still fine tuning the final details, so if you encounter odd translations and/or English text here and there - rest assured we will get it fixed

Let us know if you have comments or improvements to our translation.
